At Rally Cove, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or design, or if you simply change your mind.

We encourage you to carefully check all product descriptions, sizing guides and your order details before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Incorrect colour selected
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Accidental orders

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund, where appropriate.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we'll investigate with our production and shipping partners. If your order is confirmed as lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or changes if production has not yet started.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
